Outdoor Fit Boot Camp is an outdoor high intensity interval training (HiiT) program. By incorporating running with games, competition, partner workouts, and even scavenger hunts, we make exercise fun and creative. Over the course of each 4-week program period, you'll never do the same workout twice!
Our program is an accountability based one. That means we'll be looking for you at every 45-minute session you sign up for. As an added measure, we also require payment for each month's sessions prior to the start of the month. That way you'll have added incentive to come to each session, even on days where you'd rather sit on the couch.
If you are looking for a high intensity program that will help you reach your fitness and exercise goals, Outdoor Fit Boot Camp is for you. Those calories don't burn themselves. By joining Outdoor Fit Boot Camp, you are making a commitment to your health. And we'll be there every step (or plank or squat thrust) of the way.

Boot Camps meet in the morning and afternoon. Each program is 4 weeks, typically starting around the 1st of every month.
Morning Boot Camp: Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays @ 5:45 AM
Afternoon Boot Camp: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursday @ 6 PM
Important: You cannot sign up for both morning and afternoon boot camp.
While we welcome all to Outdoor Fit Boot Camp, we do not recommend a true beginner jumping straight into this intense program. It is possible for injuries or frustration to occur for a true beginner.
If you are able to run 1 mile and don't have any major medical issues, then we welcome you to join us. If you are unable to meet those requirements, we recommend trying out a few of our studio fitness or yoga classes first, along with a run-walk program to build your stamina and help you reach your goal of outdoor training.
Yep! We run at some point in every class. We strategically place the workouts so that you can safely build stamina and distance throughout the month.
We're not afraid of a little rain! It can even feel refreshing in the warmer months. We are NOT, however, the type of program that makes you roll around in mud puddles. In the Winter, the AM group can utilize our indoor space, when needed. On days with temperatures under 32 degrees or thunderstorms, we'll bring you inside. The PM group is always outside. We have pavilions to give us a bit of shelter, if needed.
Water and good sneakers. That's it! Hand-held water bottles for runners work best. We move around A LOT, so you don't want anything weighing you down.
