We are back! Indoor Group Classes, Outdoor Bootcamp, and Personal Training!
It’s always easier to run with a group! Join us for our free community runs. Whether you’re training for an upcoming race or just want a few partners to jog with, we’ve got you covered.
To join in the fun, meet at The Body Bar a little before 8 AM, where we’ll go over the route (usually anywhere from 4-7 miles) before heading out. Once you know where to go, run, jog, or walk at your own pace.
Anyone from the community is welcome, so come join us and bring a friend!
Don’t forget to bring your own water!
